Ben Wilson (Managing Director) | Strategy & Business Development (WPM Group)
Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of South Australia and a Diploma in Agriculture from Marcus Oldham College. Ben’s entrepreneurship, strategic business development skills, operational understanding of global business and ongoing insight to the airline, resources and government industries, positions him as a valuable contributor to building and implementing the corporate strategy with a professional team of subject matter experts. Ben is on several committee’s in the commercial and health sectors and is responsible for the strategic direction and business development for clients and WPM Consulting Pty Ltd.
Ben established WPM Consulting in 2000 and has long been an active participant and leader in Strategic Business Development, OHS and Health disciplines for large organisations. Prior to starting WPM Consulting, Ben held general and operational management roles for a major Airline, in NSW, WA, and the NT and worked for a global management consulting firm. Ben is an expert in strategic business development for WPM Consulting and it’s clients. He has travelled extensively and completed a transatlantic sailing voyage as well as living and working in Africa and WPM Consulting supports charities “Sight For All” and “The Jodie Lee Foundation”.
Ben is married and has three children and enjoys boating, tennis and travel.

Yvonne Place (Companion and Registered Nurse) | BSc (Nursing), Grad Cert Critical Care.
Yvonne has a passion for travel and assisting others in achieving their goals. She possesses excellent communication skills and has the ability and experience to relate to a wide range of people. Yvonne is caring, patient and supportive and has the demonstrated ability to remain calm and considered in high-pressure situations.
Yvonne has been involved in the Nursing profession since leaving school, and has continually furthered her education whilst looking for additional challenges in patient care.
Yvonne graduated from the University of South Australia and went on to gain postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care Nursing. In addition, Yvonne is an accredited Advanced Life Support instructor with the Australian College of Critical Care Nurses.
Claire Eggleston (Registered Nurse) | RN, BN, GradCertCN, MPH
Claire works as a registered nurse. After graduating from a Bachelor of Nursing, Claire spent time volunteering in East Timor and Vietnam. During this time she worked alongside local communities to provide and deliver resources and health care. After returning to Australia Claire focussed her career toward critical care nursing with a focus on Emergency and Trauma nursing. She has worked in the Coronary Care Unit and the Catheter lab gaining experience in managing a variety of heart conditions and the interventions completed in Catheter Lab. Claire has worked in the Intensive Care Unit specialising in medical and surgical patients.
During her time she gained extensive knowledge on nursing the critically unwell patients and their journey through to recovery. She started her Emergency Nursing career in Fremantle Hospital but has since transferred to Royal Perth Hospital, the centre for excellence in Trauma and Burns patients in Western Australia. She continues to broaden her clinical skills and has just completed a Masters in Public Health, Majoring in Aeromedical Retreival. Working for WPM Consulting allows her to follow her passion for nursing and caring for patients in the Aeromedical environment.
